smoothie. There is no denying it. I just found a recipe from
Runner's World that would surely get your blood pumping.

People are always asking me about store bought smoothies, and honestly I have never been a big fan of them. My complaints range from too runny, flavorless, sugary or chalky.
However, I recently tried LightFull Satiety Smoothies and I was pleasantly surprised.

Jamba Juice has made its way onto virtually every corner so that we can all feel the power of 100% fruit juice, but you may be feeling more than fruit juice here folks. These so called smoothies are heavily loaded with calories and sugar.

Consumers in the U.S. Southwest are being warned that Jamba Juice Co. smoothies containing strawberries may be contaminated with the potentially deadly Listeria monocytogenes bacterium (commonly known just as Listeria), which can cause potentially deadly infections in children, the elderly and other people with weakened immune systems.
