Cold Winter weather always makes me crave warm and creamy soups. Potato Leek is one of my favorites, but whenever I order it out, I can tell it's made with so much cream that my arteries cringe. There's really no need to use cream or any dairy products whatsoever when making this kind of soup since the potatoes are creamy enough.

I love when you guys take a recipe and make it healthier in the
healthy recipe group. Eggs Benedict is quite yummy but that hollandaise sauce can really get you, calorie wise. User
