Backbends can be really challenging for some people, so getting a little help from a partner can make a world of difference. This
partner yoga pose called Cobra Hero will open one person's spine, chest, and shoudlers, and the other person will get a nice quad and shin stretch.

- Partner #1 (brown shirt) lies on her belly, with her chin on the mat and her arms by her sides.
- Partner #2 (purple shirt) gently sits her shins on Partner #1's bum. She holds Partner #1's hands and then leans back toward Partner #1's feet.
