When I go to the gym, I have to have my gym bag. Aside from the obvious gym essentials like sneakers, my workout clothes, and a yoga mat, I always keep extra Larabars in there, a bottle of water, tissues, tampons (hey, you've got to be prepared), lip balm, and hand sanitizer gel. It also has extra pairs of undies, a towel, my iPod and earphones, and a plastic bag to put my sweaty gym clothes in so they don't stink everything else up.
