I have a friend who can't eat foods that contain
gluten, and the other night I was having a little dinner party. I wanted to make sure she could eat the cheese and crackers, too, so I decided to pick up some gluten-free
Almond Nut-Thins. I've definitely eaten some not-so-great gluten-free foods in my day, so how did these taste.

I think of
