A few weeks ago I asked you to tell me
what mantras you live by, and they all resonated with me. Even if they're cliché, they make the hard times a little big easier to handle. Though all your mantras were great, I picked a few favorites to share with you.

Although cliches are, well, cliche,
some of them ring true! I actually live my life by one particularly important one: treating others how I'd like to be treated — it's sort of like my mantra. Do you have any mantras that hold strong and true to you and your personal life? If so, do tell, what helps you be the person you are, or what enables you to make sense of it all?

From the woman who brought you Taradise, bad plastic surgery, and the drunken nipple slip to end all nipple slips fully-exposed-breast slips, comes Mantra,
Tara Reid's new line of bathing suits. Short on fabric and high on beaded strings, these are swimsuits I think I'll pass. What do you think about Mantra?

We've talked about our own
workout mantras before, but mantras are amazing little things. They not only motivate you, a good mantra can also work to relieve stress, too. In fact mantras can help people stay calm by easing frustration and tension.

Does this happen to you? You're working out and going through the motions, and though your heart rate is entering your target zone you feel like stopping. You just want to walk away from whatever you're doing and lie down.

Being stressed out can have negative effects on your body and your self esteem. One way to alleviate stress is to meditate. If that sounds too woo woo for you, well read on and see just how simple it is.
