Even with it's silly name the
captain's chair is one of the most effective way to work your abs, and that alone is reason to love it. I find it amazing that such a simple piece of equipment can really work my deep abs. The captain's chair won't give you a six pack, but it will help you develop flat abs since the abdominal muscles are working more as stabilizers against your powerful hip flexors.

Parsnips are more than just craggy looking albino carrots. They are tasty tubers that are worth learning to love, and I don't think you will have to work hard to love them. Nutritionally speaking,

Even as a child I appreciated the beauty of eggplant; it was the taste I didn't care for. Things have changed though, and I have learned to love this veggie. Considered

I have been cycling with a pack of women lately and was relieved to find out that I was not the only adult afraid of riding downhill. Although my 5-year-old hates the small build up of speed on the decline, I knew there was joy to be found in racing down hills.
The first thing to learning to love riding downhill is to simply ride downhill; you have to get comfortable to the speed of the descent by actually riding downhill.

Riding my bike into a strong headwind used to make me irritable, but lately I have learned to love it. Nature is providing me with an extra challenge for free. Talk about seeing the glass half full!

The expression "I am running around in circles" definitely has a negative connotation, but I am here to say that running around in circles, well ovals really, when at the track is something you should learn to love. Before you protest, let me list my reasons why I have come to love track workouts.
Body Health:
- Be it a dirt or a composite track, the surface is much easier on your joints than unforgiving concrete sidewalks and even softer than more forgiving asphalt streets.

Just the term "fermented foods" sounds, well a little . . .
