So which one best describes you? Are you a...

When it comes to food and exercise, I have more self control with exercise. Put a plate of onion rings in front of me, and I'll eat them. But then I'll aslo drag my bloated butt out of bed the next morning for a nice long run.

I wouldn't call myself a food nut or exercise maniac. I have found that moderation in all things is healthiest. I eat a healthy diet and allow myself to have treats occasionally. I have made a habit of exercising most days of the week. If I miss a day, that's ok.

I think I'm both. I run a good 8 miles a day, sometimes more. I also do strength training and I'm in really great shape. I also try to eat healthy most of the time. I eat a lot of veggies, fruits, whole grains and protein. I think it helps me run better, but I DO enjoy Doritos and beer every so often too!

I think I have good eating habits overall -- I'm vegetarian, I eat organic as much as possible (not local as much as I should, though), and I don't eat fast food, drink soda or eat anything with high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils. However, I definitely indulge my cravings for sweet, salty or savory treats when they hit me! I think I'm more of an exercise maniac because exercise is FUN and INSPIRING, whereas denial is not.

it's definitely a lot easier for me to get my butt on the treadmill or to the weight room than it is for me to put that chocolate bar away. i've been trying to eat healthier lately, but i'm definitely doing much better on the exercise end of things.

Neither a nut nor a maniac, moderate exercise and watch what I eat. That said, I need to have a day off of exercise and I need my desert!

    I read every label...

I'm horrible at telling my husband & sons the calorie, fat, sodium, carbs & sugar they are about to eat when they want something bad for them...

I am trying to stop doing it to my husband at least.
He's an adult and can eat crap if he wants to.
My kids have to eat heathy!

I'm a party pooper when it comes to fast food & junk food.
My big splurge is trail mix I make myself...

We do have Fun Fridays... Everyone can pick something naughty to eat... I have to keep my trap shut on Fridays!!!

My husband refuses to work out.
He said he will when he retires...

It's easier for me to exercise. I used to be lazy, but once I started to work out, it became a daily habit. My husband and I both love food, especially good food. So I personally eat like a health nut 80-90% of the time, but will indulge in treats that I truly love. As long as I know I am going to have a great workout the next day, I can enjoy and not feel guilty.

I've never really liked exercise. I figure that if I eat pretty healthy and stay active (like walking places instead of driving) then I don't really need to spend time at the gym.

I try to eat healthy, but like some wine every now and then. I am an exerise fanatic though. I run between 35 and 40 miles a week and have to do some type of cardio daily to keep me sane.

I'm definitely better at eating healthy. I walk and jog on a regular basis but would rather be stuffing my face with some yummy salad than getting off my butt... I guess it's a fair trade? Kind of?

I think I am more on the exercise side. Like the other day I had upsidedown pinapple cheese cake and I do not regret it! In fact I want more. It was so yummy. But after I ate a slice I made sure to walk on the treadmill.

both. However, it's a bad obsession with me. I eat healthy food, sometimes to he point where i miss out on the pleasure of eating. Same with exercise,i spend so much time working out, that i often miss out on things i need/want to do instead. i'm too disciplined.
