Remember the Nintendo Powerpad? Well if it was a favorite in your past, then you're probably going to be excited about this news.

New fitness companies are playing on the old gamers in us all. Using the latest in virtual reality technology, Expresso Fitness is creating cardio bikes that motivate you with an interactive training environment and give you the feedback to keep improving. In other words: These interactive exercise bikes give you the feeling that you're zooming through tunnels or chasing dragons.

Pretty cool minus the fact that video games now make me motion sick...

    haha, I would be so skinny! I'd be so into the game, i would forget i was working out. Can't wait for it to become mainstream

    my gym has a couple bikes with the expresso program, I really like it! It does take a minute to get used to the steering but it is really fun and you can race others or your own time. I especially like it since normally when I bike I go for distance and the time really does fly on the trails. They are the only bikes I use outside of spinning class. Well, and my actual mountain bike...

    Personally I just can't do anything else than listening to music and feel my body working out when I do my cardio. Can't watch TV or look at a screen, I find it distracts me from concentrating on my body and my workout...
