Fit's Tip: Go for the smallest size to reduce calorie and sugar intake. Or go the step further and get an extra cup and split a small with a friend. Also, the light drinks are much lower in calories but they contain a whole lot of unnatural stuff I can not pronounce to make the Lower Calorie Dairy Base, so if you're looking for something natural, this would not be the way to go.








Okay, I have been all wrong, I always go to Jamba after the Gym and get the Original size pinya kolada and substitute the Bananas for peaches, delicious! and of course that is dinner replacement drink. I guess I was just getting all those calories I had lost at the Gym???? Looks like I will be trying that Berry fulfilling in a 16oz of course! hahah
