Confessing my health and fitness slip-ups to you guys make me feel human again, especially after reading everyone else's confessions. I've got a new one to make . . .
The weekend is behind us and as I mentioned before, Friday through Sunday can be the hardest on our healthy lifestyles and this past weekend really gave me a run for my money. The biggest problem is that I've rediscovered Krispy Kreme donuts. My parents were in town the other weekend and my dad has an affinity for Krispy Kremes. He bought a dozen of them one morning and it's been downhill for me ever since. I've been craving, buying, and eating them on a somewhat daily basis. There is just something about a warm donut that gets me every time. But starting today I'm off the donuts and back on the egg whites and fruit.

I try to keep ice cream out of the house, but I've been living with a cousin who dies for Double Rainbow Coffee ice cream. I was good at staying away from it but one day she brought home a quart of Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - my absolute weakness. I've been digging out a few chunks of the dough almost every day after dinner. Luckily now the quart is pretty much gone, plus I'm moving to some new digs with my boyfriend, who a) eats pretty healthy and b) just discovered he has some food allergies which sucks for him but should help keep the junk out of our house haha.
