Pilates Video: Single Leg Stretch

Here is one of my favorite Pilates abdominal exercises. It is called the Single Leg Stretch and it is just lovely.


Fit's tip: Keep your deep abdominals engaged throughout the entire exercise by pulling your navel to your spine. This scooping action will help keep your low back from touching the ground and will help keep your pelvis stable.

    I was just doing this yesterday! Well along with my other
    pilates moves. My abs are sore today- the good pain I call it
